WeMAR is a member-driven, not-for-profit organization that exists to serve and provide resources benefiting over 7,000 REALTOR® and affiliate members in the West Valley. Association volunteers and member service team work together to deliver resources, services, and education so members are Best Prepared…with Highest Standards.

Every member has the opportunity to positively impact the association by sharing their valuable expertise as part of a committee or workgroup.

Through the WeMAR School of Real Estate, members are able to earn CE credits, as well as designations and certifications. All WeMAR members also have access to numerous member benefits including VIP Harkins Theatre Movie Tickets, member pricing for AAA, Liberty Mutual, OfficeMax, LegalShield, TaxBot, UPS, Aflac, CopperStar Security, Desert Retreat Massage, and many more.

WeMAR Affiliates host several events during the year, including the WeMAR Family Picnic, WeMAR C.A.R.E.S. Bruce Sumner Memorial Golf Tournament, Motor Sports Car Shows, Ice Cream Social, West Valley REALTOR Expo, and more.

There are numerous charities available to aid many overcome by illness and misfortune. The WeMAR C.A.R.E.S. Fund brings compassion and assistance home assist WeMAR members experiencing a catastrophic event or illness.

WeMAR has three individual classrooms that expand into one and catering kitchen. Classrooms are equipped with sound, screens, projectors, and Wi-FI. Contact us for information regarding room rental opportunities.
